Refund & Return Guidelines

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, our refund and returns policy is designed to address genuine concerns while maintaining strict food safety, hygiene standards, and operational efficiency.
Products purchased from Crunchfox may be eligible for return or refund only if the request is reviewed and approved by our customer support team for valid reasons, as outlined in this policy. All refunds and returns are subject to specific conditions mentioned below.
Please note that while we strive to fairly resolve customer concerns related to returns, refunds, and cancellations, certain limitations are necessary to comply with business, legal, and safety requirements applicable to food products.
1. Eligibility for Return & Refunds
Return and refunds at Crunchfox are applicable only under the following circumstances:
i. Damaged or Spoiled Products:
If the product is delivered in a physically damaged condition or is visibly spoiled at the time of delivery.
ii. Incorrect Items:
If the product delivered does not match the item(s) ordered by you.
iii. Request Within Time Limit:
The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting details.
iv. Order Cancellation:
If the order is cancelled before dispatch only, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Notes:
Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened, consumed, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery, due to the perishable nature of food items.
For eligible cases involving damaged or incorrect items, customers may choose between a refund or a replacement, subject to verification and product availability.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund from Crunchfox, please follow the steps outlined below:
i. Contact Customer Support:

ii. Provide Required Details:
While contacting us, please share the following information to help us process your request efficiently:
a. Your Order ID
b. A brief description of the issue, along with a clear request for refund or replacement
c. Clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging showing the issue
iii. Verification Process:
Our team will review the information provided and verify the issue. Once verification is complete, we will inform you about the approval status and the next steps.
3. Refund Processing
i. Refund Timeline:
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
ii. Mode of Refund:
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of placing the order.
iii. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification of your bank details. Customers will be required to share one of the following documents for verification:
Bank statement copy, or
Cancelled cheque, or
Passbook copy
The document must clearly display the bank account details and customer name.

4. Non-Refundable Items
To ensure food safety and hygiene, refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
i. Opened or Tampered Products:
Products that have been opened, used, consumed, or tampered with after delivery.
ii. Late Reporting:
Issues reported after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
iii. Improper Storage or Handling:
Concerns arising due to improper storage, mishandling, or exposure after delivery.
Note:
All returns and refunds are subject to Crunchfox’s discretion and will be processed strictly in accordance with applicable business policies and legal requirements.
