A. Shipping Policy

At Crunchfox, we endeavour to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely manner so that you can enjoy our products fresh and in the best possible condition. Our shipping policy is designed to offer clarity, reliability, and convenience.

1. Shipping Locations

i. We currently ship across major cities and serviceable pin codes within India.

ii. For bulk or custom orders, shipping across India may be arranged upon request, subject to confirmation.

2. Shipping Timelines

i. Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

ii. Outstation Delivery: Pan-India deliveries may take 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

iii. Handling of Perishables: Customers are requested to inspect food and perishable products at the time of delivery. Acceptance of delivery shall be deemed as confirmation that the products were received in satisfactory condition. Crunchfox shall not be liable for complaints relating to delay or damage unless reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, weekends, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events (such as weather or logistical disruptions).

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999/-, excluding applicable taxes and gift packing charges.

i. Outstation Deliveries: Shipping charges may vary based on product weight, delivery location, and delivery speed.

ii. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

4. Order Processing

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS to monitor the delivery status. Tracking details are provided by third-party logistics partners and may not always reflect real-time updates.

5. Packaging and Quality Assurance

i. To ensure food safety and freshness, Crunchfox uses tamper-proof packaging for all orders.

ii. Every order undergoes quality checks before dispatch.

6. Delivery Guidelines

i. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

ii. In case of a missed delivery, our courier partner will attempt up to two additional deliveries. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.

iii. Return to Sender: If delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to Crunchfox.
Note – No Return or Refund for Perishables: Since our products are perishable in nature, returns or refunds are not applicable except in cases of proven damage or defective goods. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

iv. Reshipping Option: If you wish to have the order reshipped, please contact our Customer Support team. An additional shipping charge may apply for resending the order after failed delivery attempts.

7. Shipping Restrictions

i. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, Crunchfox does not offer international shipping at this time.

ii. Certain remote or non-serviceable locations may not be eligible for delivery due to logistical limitations of courier partners.

8. Delays or Issues

While we endeavour to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, courier partner delays, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

If your delivery is delayed, our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.

i. Resolution Timeline: Our support team will work to resolve reported delivery issues within 48 hours of receiving the notification.

ii. Compensation or Refunds: If delivery exceeds 10 days beyond the estimated delivery date, Crunchfox will review the situation and may offer an appropriate resolution, which could include reshipping the order or issuing a refund, at our discretion.

iii. Force Majeure Clause: Crunchfox shall not be held liable for delays caused due to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other uncontrollable events.

B. Exchange Policy

At Crunchfox, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we follow strict food safety and hygiene practices in line with applicable guidelines.
However, if you face an issue with your order, we may consider an exchange or compensation in the form of Gift Vouchers, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

i. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange requests will be considered only if the product received is:

a. Damaged – Significant damage to the outer or inner packaging.
b. Defective – Visible contamination, spoilage, or quality issues.
c. Incorrect – Product received is different from what was ordered.

ii. Conditions for Exchange

a. The product must be in its original packaging, and the inner seal must remain intact for defective or incorrect product claims.

b. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

c. Please email us at support@crunchfox.in with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging highlighting the issue

  • A brief description of the problem encountered

1. Exchange Process

At Crunchfox, customer experience is of utmost importance. Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved, the following process shall apply:

i. Pickup:
We may arrange a free pickup of the original product from your delivery location (available in select serviceable areas) if the product delivered is defective or incorrect.

ii. Replacement Delivery:
Upon successful pickup and verification, we will initiate a replacement shipment to ensure you receive the correct product in a timely manner.

iii. Product Alternative:
If the originally ordered product is unavailable, Crunchfox may, at its discretion, offer you either:

  • a gift voucher of equivalent value, or

  • a refund,
    as per your preference and availability.

iv. Compensation:
In cases where an exchange is approved but replacement is not feasible, a Gift Voucher equivalent to the product value may be issued. Such vouchers shall be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

C. Cancellation Policy

At Crunchfox, we strive to process and deliver every order with care and efficiency. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations are permitted.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

i. Eligibility for Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your order only before the order is marked as “Dispatched” on our platform.

ii. How to Request Cancellation
To cancel an order, please initiate the request through our website or contact our customer support team immediately:

iii. Refund for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds, as no advance payment is collected.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, cancellation requests cannot be accepted once an order has been dispatched from our facility. This policy helps us ensure product quality, hygiene, and safety during transit.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

i. Orders that have already been shipped, dispatched, or delivered.
ii. Customized gift baskets or bulk orders prepared specifically as per customer requirements.
iii. Orders where the customer refuses to accept delivery.
iv. Orders delivered to an alternate person or location as instructed by the customer.
v. Force Majeure Events – including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or any events beyond our reasonable control.
vi. Tampered Products – where the product has been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.

4. Refund for Cancellations

i. Approved cancellation requests (only applicable before dispatch) will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
ii. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
iii. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds.
